Both cottages are fully furnished with a large open plan kitchen and come complete with all modern amenities and housekeeper 2½ days a week. The 3 Bedroom Cottage has air-conditioning in all bedrooms whereas the 2 Bedroom Cottage has air-conditioning in the main bedroom.

Rates include: All amenities and utilities (electricity, gas, water), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV service, local telephone calls (overseas calls are additional), and partial contents insurance. Linen and towels are also included.

3 Bedroom Cottage

Rates:

Short term rental: USD$200 per night (5 night minimum).

Long term rental (over 4 months) USD$2250 per month.

2 Bedroom Cottage

Rates:

Short term rental: USD$125 per night (5 night minimum).

Long term rental (over 4 months) USD$1795 per month.
